多孔孔板流量计的函数孔结构研究

             

摘要

多孔孔板流量计是一种比传统的差压测量装置更优良的新型差压式流量测量装置,但其函数孔的确定目前没有统一的标准。针对该问题,采用CFD仿真软件,在相同等效直径比的情况下,针对多孔孔板的函数孔结构,研究了开孔数目、孔分布以及倒角等因素对于减少压力损失所起到的影响和作用。根据仿真研究结果,制作了一种多孔孔板流量计进行流体试验,试验结果表明该方法的准确性。%Compared with the traditional pressure measuring device, the porous orifice flowmeter is a more excellent measuring device.But there isn’ t any uniform standard currently on how to determine the hole function.In order to solve the problem, the impact of the function pore structure of the porous plates on reducing the pressure loss was simulated by CFD.The factors included the number of holes, pore size distribution and the chamfers.A kind of porous orifice flowmeter is made to undertake fluid experi-ments平共处according to the results of simulation, and the results show that this method is accurate.
