便携式制动性能测试仪校准装置的研制

摘要

Calibration device of portable braking performance tester was based on the design of the software and hardware of acceleration sensor and the angular velocity sensor test platform ,and formed a set of complete calibration platform system .It took PC as the hardware platform and LabVIEW 2012 as the software platform ,coordinating with necessary sensors and motion control card to achieve correct assessment of the acceleration sensor and the angular velocity sensor measuring performance .Both the software and hardware were improved for the instrument .Experiments show that it can effectively calibrate the acceleration sensor and angu -lar velocity sensor ,and it makes tester obtain parameters more precisely .%便携式制动性能测试仪校准装置是通过对加速度传感器和角速度传感器测试平台的软硬件设计，形成一套完整的校验平台系统，以PC机为硬件平台，以LabVIEW2012软件为开发平台，配合必要的传感器，运动控制卡，实现对加速度传感器和角速度传感器测量性能的正确评定。该装置在硬件和软件算法方面有了很大的改进，实验证明，该装置有效地校准了加速度传感器和角速度传感器，使得测试仪获取参数更加准确。
