设计了以集成数据采集和数据处理为一体的STM32模块为核心的智能在线分析仪,并在软件设计中植入了嵌入式实时操作系统μC/OS-II。文中重点介绍了分析平台硬件模块的设计及其工作原理,以及对STM32进行μC/OS-II系统裁剪与移植,μC/OS-II下在线分析平台图形用户界面的设计。在实验室环境下,利用CO进行实验测试,并对实验结果进行分析。测试结果表明:该分析平台准确性高、稳定性好、响应速度快,实现了对气体组分的实时分析与测定。%Based on STM32 module as the core and integrated of data acquisition and data processing as a whole ,an intelligent on-line analyzer was designed .In the design of the software ,the embedded real-time operating systemμC/OS-II was implanted .This paper mainly introduced the design and working principle of analysis platform hardware module ,cutting and transplantation μC/OS-II system on STM32,and the design of graphical user interface for online analysis platform under μC/OS-II.Experiments of CO un-der laboratory environment were conducted and the experimental results were analyzed .The experimental results show that the ana-lyzer has high accuracy ,good stability and fast response speed ,thus achieving real-time analysis and determination of gas compo-nents .
