基于LabVIEW和神经网络的SF6分解产物在线检测系统

     

摘要

In the electric power industry ,it is usually to determine whether there is a fault in electrical equipment by detec-ting the decomposition products of SF 6.SF6 decomposition product mainly includes SO 2,H2S and CO.Through detecting the con-centration of SF 6 decomposition products by electrochemical sensor ,acquisition card was used to realize the acquisition of sensor signal,combining with linear neural network to design algorithm , and LabVIEW was used to design the program of signal automatic acquisition ,calculation program and control panel ,the on-line detecting system based on LabVIEW for SF 6 gas was de-signed.The detecting system has the function of calibration ,detection,real-time display of data and waveform ,saving data automat-ically,and effectively solve the problem of the cross influence between the electrochemical sensor .In addition, it is also an effective algorithm for verifying the platform .%在电力行业中,通常通过检测SF6分解产物的含量判断电气设备是否存在故障.SF6的分解产物主要是SO2,H2 S和CO.通过电化学传感器对SF6分解产物的浓度检测,用数据采集卡采集信号,结合线性神经网络设计算法,用LabVIEW设计信号自动采集程序、计算程序和控制面板,设计了基于LabVIEW的SF6分解产物的在线检测系统.系统具有标定、检测、实时显示数据及波形和自动保存相关数据的功能,有效解决了电化学传感器间的交叉影响问题.此外,它也是一个有效的算法验证平台.
