基于SAW-RFID高压开关柜温度在线监测技术研究

             

摘要

高压开关柜的温度实时监测是其安全稳定运行的重要保证。针对现有高压开关柜测温技术的不足,设计了基于声表面波射频识别( SAW-RFID)技术的无源无线监测系统。文中首先详细介绍了标签叉指换能器、反射栅和天线的设计,再对标签进行一点校准,并基于该系统在开关柜内进行了测试,实验结果证明了该系统的可行性,完成了开关柜温度数据的采集、传输和处理,实现了开关柜温度的远程实时监测。%Temperature’s real-time monitoring of high-voltage switchgear is vital for its stable operation. Aiming at the short-comings of the existing high-voltage switchgear temperature measurement technology,a passive wireless monitoring system based on SAW-RFID(Surface Acoustic Wave Radio Frequency Identification) was designed.Firstly,the design of inter digital transduc-er,reflecting grating and antenna were introduced in detail,including the design of interdigital transducer,reflector and antenna, one-point calibration for the tagwas completed and experiments were made in the switchgear based on the SAW-RFID system.The measurement results prove the feasibility of the system, completing switchgear data collection, transmission and processing process,thus realizing remote real-time monitoring of the switchgear’s temperature.
