面向WSN的土壤盐分、水分、温度传感器的设计

摘要

A soil sensor suitable for WSN application system was designed.The sensor detected salt,moisture and temperature signal,using double-pulse method,dielectric method based on principle of capacitance and thermistor,respectively.The sensor de-sign was four-pin type probe,including power supply module,oscillation unit,signal detection,extraction and output unit,electro-static protection unit,main control chip and its programming application,etc.Results of standardization and tests of sensor indicate it has good stability and consistency,which meets the requirement of WSN soil detection standard.%文中设计一款适合WSN(无线传感网络)应用的土壤传感器。传感器采用双脉冲法、基于电容原理的介电法以及热敏电阻分别对土壤盐分、水分、温度信号进行测量。设计为四针式探头，主要包括电源模块，振荡单元，信号的检测、提取和输出单元，静电保护单元，主控芯片及其内部程序等部分。对传感器进行标定和测试，结果表明：传感器稳定性、一致性良好，达到了WSN土壤测量的要求。
