液滴检测与分析系统研究

     

摘要

Aiming at the problems of low reliability and accuracy for the exiting drop detection, a method of drop detection and analysis was designed based on LabVIEW. The detection device based on metal grid was adopted, the disadvantages of other principles that the high requirement to the environment and security were overcame, and the presence detection of the drop was re-alized. Using the FPAG module and LabVIEW, the real time and on line detection and quantitative measurement of the drop were realized. Results show that, the drop detection accuracy of the method can reach more than 85%, the method has high precision and stability, it is intuitive and good in real time.%针对现有液滴检测方法可靠性低、准确度不高等问题,设计了一种基于LabVIEW的液滴检测与分析方法.采用了金属网格原理的检测装置,克服了其他原理对环境及安全性要求高的缺点,实现了液滴有无的检测;采用了FPGA模块结合LabVIEW软件,实现了液滴的实时在线检测以及定量测量.结果表明,该方法的液滴检测准确率可达到85%以上,具有高精度、高稳定性、直观以及实时性好等优点.
