研制了一种使用双面胶带和弹性薄膜加工集成气动阀的高聚物微流控芯片。使用弹性薄膜和胶带材料制备气动阀具有快速和低成本优势,该方法可应用于集成气动阀的一次性塑料芯片制备,降低芯片制造成本和周期。实验表明:通过施加外源气体压强,可以精确控制流体通路中气动阀的打开及关闭,继而精密调控流体运行速度及方向,验证了气动阀的有效性。%A low-cost and rapid approach to fabricate flexible microfluidic devices integrated with pneumatic valves using double-sided adhesive tape and Polymethylpentene (PMP) film was described in this paper,whose performance was characterized by applying external pressure source to the control channel .The proposed method can greatly reduce manufacture costs and period . The experimental results show that by applying exogenous gas pressure ,the pneumatic valve opening and closing can be precisely controlled and fluid speed and direction can be controlled ,thus verifying the effectiveness of the valve .
