一种柔性PVDF压电薄膜传感器的制备方案

摘要

利用性能优异的PVDF压电薄膜制备的新型柔性传感器柔性好、适应性强，可适应复杂曲面，其应用前景十分广阔。首先设计了具有柔性基底的PVDF压电薄膜传感器结构；其次，按照实验设计利用PVDF粉末制备了性能良好的PVDF压电薄膜，提出了一种柔性PVDF薄膜传感器的制备方案；最后总结了该传感器实验制备的主要工艺步骤，可为柔性PVDF传感器设计制备提供参考。%New flexible sensor made of excellent performance of PVDF piezoelectric film has nice flexibility and strong adapta -bility, it can adapt to the complex curved surface and has very broad prospects in application .Firstly, the structure of PVDF film pressure sensor was designed ,which has elastic and flexible substrate .Secondly, excellent performance of PVDF piezoelectric thin film was made from PVDF powder according to the experimental design , and the scheme was presented for preparing flexible PVDF thin film sensor.Finally, key steps of the experimental preparation process were summarized , thus providing reference for prepara-tion and design of PVDF flexible sensor .
