缸盖表面缺陷在线检测系统设计与状态分析

         

摘要

为解决缸盖铸铁件铸造生产中的表面缺陷在线检测问题,基于现场生产环境,设计了基于P MAC运动控制卡的缸盖铸件表面缺陷在线检测系统.分析了采集高质量图像的影响因素,详细研究了缸盖运动速度、曝光时间、光源与相机夹角在图像采集中的影响规律,并对影响参数进行了优化补偿,给出了影响参数值,在线实验表明:该控制系统运行稳定、鲁棒性好、控制精度高,图像采集稳定,能够满足实际工程需要.%For cast iron cylinder head casting production of on line surface defect detection problem,based on the in-situ pro-duction environment,card cylinder head casting surface defect online detection system based on PMAC motion control was de-signed.The acquisition of the influence factors of high quality image was analyzed,a detailed study of the cylinder head moving speed,exposure time,influence of the angle between the light source and the camera in the image acquisition and the influence parameters were optimized compensation,the impact of parameter values was given. Online experiment shows that change control system is running stable,has good robustness,high control precision,stable image acquisition,meeting the actual needs of the pro-ject.
