LabVIEW环境下切削加工过程监测系统的设计

     

摘要

In view of the traditional monitoring system for the whole monitoring system for inconvenience,the paper used LabVIEW virtual instrument to develop the machining on-line monitoring system.This system mainly completes real-time monito-ring of the cutting force and cutting temperature through the use of dynamometer, the infrared thermal imager, signal conditioning circuit, data acquisition card and computer hardware system composed of hardware system and based on the LabVIEW platform software system to realize the real-time display, signal conditioning, data acquisition, data storage, data analysis and calibration of dynamometer of cutting force and cutting temperature.%开发了一种利用虚拟仪器软件LabVIEW为平台的切削加工在线监测系统.该系统主要完成对切削力和切削温度的实时监测,通过利用测力仪、红外热像仪、信号调理电路、数据采集卡和计算机组成的硬件系统,结合以LabVIEW为平台的软件系统实现切削力和切削温度的实时显示、信号调理、数据采集、数据存储和数据分析以及测力仪的标定等功能.
