The detection of methane content concentration is important for coal mine safety production.Based on Beer-Lam-bert ( B-L) law, spectrum absorption optical fiber methane gas detection technology was rearched.The harmonic detection meth-od was combined with hollow core photonic fiber methane gas detection technology to improve the accuracy and sensitivity.And the detection condition factors of temperature, drive current in the process were optimized.Many-gap-coupling chamber was de-signed with hollow core photonic fiber for methane detection to improve the sensitivity of the detection system.Virtual instrument was designed using Labview software with methane concentration waveform display and a data acquisition system based on Lab-VIEW virtual instrument was built.Experiment results show that methane concentration has a good linear relationship with detec-tion signal.%基于比尔-朗伯(Beer-Lambert,B-L)定律研究了光谱吸收式光纤甲烷气体检测技术,采用谐波检测方法研究空芯光子光纤的甲烷气体检测技术提高精确度和灵敏度,并对检测过程中的温度、驱动电流因素进行优化.设计多间隙耦合空芯光子光纤气室进行空芯光子光纤的甲烷检测,提高了系统检测的灵敏度.利用LabVIEW软件进行虚拟仪器设计,进行甲烷浓度波形显示,构建基于LabVIEW的虚拟仪器的数据采集系统.实验结果表明甲烷浓度与检测信号呈现出良好的线性关系.
