At present , the packing industry didn 't take effective measures for the drying package slid into product packaging was complete or not .In view of the link of drying bag inserted into packaging products in packaging line , the online detection key technology based on machine vision was proposed .And the software and hardware platform for online packing quality inspection was designed and achieved .Machine vision detection system was triggered by the cut off dry packet to get image .After image pre-treatment, and it took digital image processing algorithm based on golden section method , and the dry bag color area was posi-tioned and quantitative analysis was processed , the corresponding decision was made by the result of image processing .The test results show that:the system can quickly and accurately judge the integrity of the dry bag , eliminate unqualified products , with simple realization , high efficiency and wide application prospect .%目前,包装行业对产品包装塞入的干燥包完整与否未采取有效的措施.针对包装流水线干燥包塞入环节提出了基于机器视觉的在线检测关键技术,设计实现包装质量检测的软、硬件平台.被剪落的干燥包触发机器视觉检测系统获取图像,经过图像预处理,并采用基于黄金分割法的数字图像处理算法,定位干燥包上的色标区域,进行定量处理分析,根据图像处理结果作出相应决策.实验结果表明:该系统能够快速准确地判断干燥包的完整度,剔除不合格产品,具有实现简单、控制高效和应用前景广泛等特点.
