基于LabVIEW的切削力过程监测系统

摘要

In order to ensure the workpiece processing quality, accurate monitoring equipment running status information characteristics in the processing course and on-line monitoring and diagnosis to the actual machining process,this paper developed a machining on-line monitoring system based on LabVIEW platform.It mainly completes real-time monitoring of the cutting force. The system is based on the LabVIEW platform software system and it can realize the real-time display,signal conditioning,data acquisition,data storage,and data analysis of cutting force.%为保证工件的加工质量,准确地监测加工过程中设备运行的状态信息特征并对实际的加工过程进行在线监测和诊断,开发了一种基于LabVIEW的切削加工在线监测系统.该系统主要完成对切削力实时监测,结合以LabVIEW为平台的软件系统实现切削力的实时显示、信号调理、数据采集、数据存储和数据分析等功能.
