物质热分解激烈性测试仪的改进

     

摘要

文中对热分解激烈性测试装置进行了改进,设计了一种基于STM32的具有快速压力采集及高精度温度测控特性的热分解激烈性测试系统,实现了通过上位机LabVIEW软件进行温度、压力的实时显示与存储.由过氧化苯甲酰测试结果可知,改进后的仪器可完整记录物质分解过程中容器内特定位置的温度及压力参数,尤其是破裂板破裂瞬间的压力与温度信息,为破裂瞬间压力泄放的动力学分析及过程反演等提供数据.改进后的仪器不仅可以应用于自反应性物质或有机过氧化物的分类及运输包装方式的确定,还可以获取其他化学品热分解激烈性等信息.%The thermal decomposition intensity testing device was improved.A thermal decomposition intensity testing system was developed based on STM32,which realized the real-time display and storage of the temperature and pressure through Lab-VIEW software.According to the test results of standard benzoyl peroxide,the improved instrument can completely record tempera-ture and pressure parameters of the vessel' s specific position during the decomposition process,especially the rupture moment of the bursting disc.It provided reliable data sources for pressure relief dynamics analysis and process inversion.Not only can the im-proved instrument be applied to the classification of self-reactive substances or organic peroxide and the determination of the transport packaging,but also it is helpful to the information acquisition of thermal decomposition intensity of other chemicals.
