In view of the above obvious problems, the intelligent electrical heat tracing con-trol system was designed with the stm32f207 microprocessor as the core, relying on the Internet of things cloud platform for. Based on the IOT architecture, through the Internet, companies can be all electricity with thermal controller composed of a mate-rial objects connected network, realizing the monitoring equipment, intelligent data analysis, message delivery, remote upgrade based service. When the equipment failure, intelligent alarm such as SMS was realized through the network. Mobile terminal via web can real-time query equipment working condition, realizing real-time nature interaction of people and equipment,showing a more intelligent and convenient control system.%目前电伴热控制器普遍存在扩展性差、功能端口单一,无法实现自动化管理、监控等问题.针对上述问题,设计了以STM32F207微处理器为核心,依托物联网云平台的智能电伴热控制系统.在物联网体系结构的基础上,通过互联网,企业可以将所有的电伴热控制器组成一个物物相连的网络,实现对设备监控、智能数据分析、消息分发、远程升级的基础服务.当设备发生故障时能够通过网络进行短信等智能报警,移动终端通过Web实时查询设备工作状态,实现人与设备的实时自然交互,展现出了一种更加智能化的便捷控制系统.
