高精度全天候太阳能自动跟踪系统设计

     

摘要

针对传统的太阳能跟踪系统跟踪方式单一、跟踪精度差、缺少人机交互等问题,为了进一步提高太阳能利用率,设计了一种高精度全天候太阳能自动跟踪系统.该系统以光电跟踪为主,视日运动轨迹跟踪为辅,实现对太阳能的全天候跟踪;通过设计一种粗精结合的二级跟踪传感器实现对太阳能的高精度跟踪.采用触摸屏搭建人机交互界面,显示直观,便于操作管理.实验结果表明,该系统具有良好的运行稳定性,并且很大程度上提高了太阳能的利用率,具有较广泛的应用前景.%In allusion to such defects that single tracking mode, poor tracking accuracy and lack of human-computer interac-tion of traditional solar tracking system, a high precision and all-weather solar auto-tracking system was designed to further im-prove the utilization of solar energy. The system is mainly based on the photoelectric tracking, and the trajectory tracking is sup-plemented to achieve all-weather tracking of solar energy. A kind of coarse and fine combination of two-level tracking sensor was designed to realize high precision tracking of solar energy. The touch screen was used to build the human-computer interaction in-terface, which has the characteristics of intuitive display, convenient operation and management. The experimental results show that the system has good stability of operation, greatly improve the utilization of solar energy,and has a wide application prospects.
