超声波测距传感器在高温环境下的应用研究

         

摘要

文中以检测铝合金液位为实验对象,采用带有温度补偿的超声波测距传感器检测铝合金液位的波动情况.通过在高温环境中有热气流和无热气流的实验对比,分别研究了热气流和温度对超声波测距传感器检测铝合金液位的影响.实验结果表明,在检测铝合金液位波动时,热气流对带有温度补偿的超声波测距传感的测量结果影响大,而高温对带有温度补偿的超声波测距传感器的测量结果影响不大.%With the detection of the aluminum alloy liquid level as the experimental object,ultrasonic distance sensor with temperature compensation was used to detect the fluctuates of the aluminum alloy liquid level.Through experiment contrast in high temperature environment with and without a stream of heat flow,the effects of the heat flow and temperature on the ultrasonic ran-ging sensor test aluminum alloy liquid level were researched. The experimental results show that when detecting aluminum alloy liquid level fluctuates,the heat flow of the ultrasonic detection sensor with temperature compensation affect the measurement re-sult,and high temperature of the ultrasonic detection sensor with temperature compensation has a little influence on the measured results.
