便携式电缆绝缘带电测量装置设计

     

摘要

For insulation status detection of power cable metal protective layer,a portable power cable insulation detecting device was designed. The device adopted the structure of ARM Cortex?A8 and Cortex?A7 with the high?speed A/D converter AD7606?4 with the ability of 4 channel analogue signals acquisition,the device achieved the abilities of real?time data acquisi?tion,data analysis and it can reduce the cost.Power cable insulation condition electric measurement technology adopted harmonic analysis algorithm with all phase fast flourier transformation with dual windows,and calculating precision was improved signifi?cantly.The development of human?computer interaction interface was based on the QT in the embedded Linux. It enhanced the user experience,and also made the operation more convenient.This design meets the requirements of high performance,low cost and intelligent.%针对电力电缆金属保护层的绝缘状态检测,设计了一款便携式电缆绝缘带电测量装置.装置采用ARM Cortex-A8和Cortex-M7双核架构,并采用了具有并行采集四路信号能力的高速A/D芯片AD7606-4,使装置能够实时采集数据和数据分析,降低了成本.电力电缆绝缘带电测量技术采用了基于双窗全相位快速傅里叶变换的谐波分析算法,提高了计算精度.在嵌入式Linux环境下,开发出基于Qt的人机交互界面,使得测量装置的操作更加便捷.设计的装置满足高性能、低成本和智能化要求.
