基于LabVIEW的动力电池密封性测试系统

摘要

Tightness test is a very important part in the manufacturing process of power battery. A software system was con?structed for automatic leakage test by using modular design method. This system was developed based on LabVIEW and could communicate with Siemens PLC by means of Modbus-RTU Protocol. The test data is read by calling the VISA interface function, and the access operation of the remote MySQL Database is completed with the help of the Database module.This system integrated process control,data gathering,display and database access. Practical application shows this system is stable,friendly and can satisfy the design needs.%密封性测试是动力电池生产制造过程中一个非常重要的环节.采用模块化设计方法,搭建了用于自动检测电池密封性的软件系统.该系统以LabVIEW作为上位机的开发平台,借助于Modbus-RTU协议,实现了上位机与PLC的信息交互.通过调用VISA接口函数实现了测试数据的读取,并借助于Database模块完成了对远程MySQL数据库的访问操作.测试系统集流程控制、数据采集、显示和数据库操作于一体.实际应用表明,该系统运行稳定、界面友好,达到了设计的要求.
