多通道电连接器振动绝缘测试系统设计

     

摘要

针对电连接器振动绝缘测试速度慢、准确度差的问题,设计了一种基于LabVIEW的多通道电连接器振动绝缘测试系统.该系统以PCI-6221数据信号采集卡为核心,利用多个传感器实时监测振动试验台参数,对振动试验台、多路切换电路进行逻辑控制,实现对电连接器绝缘测试.上位机通过RS232串口与绝缘测试仪通讯,实现绝缘电阻的读取、显示,最后判断电连接器是否合格.软件支持测试数据存储及报表打印.实验结果表明:振动试验台符合振动最优要求,整个系统能显著提高电连接器的绝缘电组测试的准确度和效率.%In order to solve the problems of slow test speed and poor accuracy of the insulation test of the electric connector, a multi channel electrical connector vibration insulation testing system based on LabVIEW was developed.Based on NI PCI-6221,the parameters of the vibration test bed were monitored in real?time by a number of sensors. the vibration test bed and the multi?channel switching circuit were controlled to test insulation of the electrical connector.The RS232 bus was used to communi?cate with the insulation tester to read and display the insulation resistance. Results obtained from insulation resistance determined whether the product package is qualified.The software can save test logs and print reports. The experimental results shows that the vibration of the system are equivalent to the best state of vibration,the whole system can significantly improve the accuracy and ef?ficiency of electrical connector test.
