基于pcDuino和LabVIEW的矿热炉磁场远程检测系统

         

摘要

矿热炉产生的磁场一定程度上反应了其冶炼状况,掌握其周边磁场状况对冶炼工艺的优化和减少能耗有着重要的意义.为检测矿热炉周边的磁场,提出一种基于pcDuino和LabVIEW的矿热炉磁场远程检测系统方案.系统中由下位机采集磁场数据,再由pcDuino将磁场数据上传至云数据库中, LabVIEW程序远程控制下位机工作并从云数据库中获取磁场数据并显示.在模拟矿热炉产生的磁场中的测试证明了方案的可行性和实用性.%The magnetic field generated by submerged arc furnace can reflect smelting condition at some degree.It is of great significance to grasp the surrounding magnetic field condition to optimize the smelting process and reduce the energy consumption. To detect the magnetic field around the furnace,a magnetic field data upload and monitor software system of submerged arc fur-nace based on pcDuino and LabVIEW was proposed.The magnetic field data was collected by the lower computer in the system, and the magnetic field data was uploaded to the cloud database by pcDuino.LabVIEW program remote controlled machine work and obtained field data from the cloud database and displayed it.In the simulation of the magnetic field generated-arc furnace test,it proves the feasibility and practicability of the scheme.
