采用水热法制备了球状In2O3结构.利用 XRD、SEM和TEM 分析表征合成样品的物相结构和微观形貌.测试结果表明:制备的 In2O3为平均粒径为1 μm的空心微球结构.同时,研究了In2O3气体传感器对丙酮的气敏特性.实验结果表明:该传感器在最佳工作温度(275℃)下,对100 ppm丙酮的响应达到15.3,响应/恢复时间分别为7 s/48 s,且最低检测极限为1 ppm.%Sphere -like In2O3 structures were prepared by hydrothermal method.The phase structures and microtopography of the as-synthesized samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and transmis-sion electron microscopy(TEM).The measured results demonstrate that the as-prepared In2O3 are hollow microspherical struc-tures with an average diameter of 1 μ m.Meanwhile,the gas sensing experiments were carried out based on In2O3 gas sensor for ac-etone detection.The results indicate that the response of the gas sensor can reach to 15.3 for 100 ppm acetone at the optimum op-erating temperature(275 ℃),and the response/recovery time is 7 s/48 s,respectively.Moreover,the minimal concentration of detection is as low as 1 ppm.
