In order to measure the force changes of mechanical components,a high precision strain sensor system which took ARM as core controller was proposed,combined with strain sensors,high precision digital-to-analog conversion and liquid crystal display technology. This system used low-pass filter to eliminate high-frequency signal interference,and amplified the analog sig-nal by operational amplifier circuit,then,digital-analog conversion module achieved the conversion of analog to digital. Finally, the main controller outputted final results after moving weighted filtering. Experimental results show that the system has high ac-curacy,good stability,the system error is ± 0.1 g.%为测量机械构件受力变化特性,结合应变式传感器、高精度数模转换和液晶显示等技术,提出了以ARM为核心控制器的高精度应变式传感系统设计方法.系统使用低通滤波法消除高频干扰,通过运算放大器放大模拟信号,数模转换模块将信号转换为数字量,主控制器通过改进的移动加权滤波法将信号处理后输出.实验结果表明该系统的测量精度高,稳定性好,系统误差在±0.1 g.
