小白纹毒蛾(Orgyia postica Walker)性费洛蒙的初步鉴定报告

         

摘要

Volatile constituents of the sex pheromone gland of Orgyia postica in Taiwan have been analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.Two components of the secretion are identified as (Z)-6-heneicosen-11-one and trans-11, 12-expoxy-(Z)-6, (Z)-9-heneicosadiene. The latter component is the major sex pheromone and its crude syntheitic mixture of two enantionmers attracted male moths in the field. The enantiomeric compostition of the natural sex pheromone is still unknown. The relationship of the sex pheromone with other poisonous moths is also discussed.%由小白纹毒蛾(Orgyiaposttca Walker)的雌蛾性费洛蒙腺体可纯化出两种性费洛蒙物质,一为(Z)-6-heneicosen-11-one,另一为trans-11,12-epoxy-(Z)-6,(Z)-9-heneicosadiene,此两者在室内都可在雄蛾触角引起嗅觉反应,但在田间只有后者可以诱引雄蛾.后者在化学结构上仍有trans-11S,12S-或者trans-llR,12R-epoxy-(Z)-6,(Z)-9-heneicosadiene两种异构物,所以到底哪一种是,或者两种都是,仍需进一步的化学合成方能确定.此费洛蒙的构造系毒蛾性费洛蒙的新成分,所以其与其他毒蛾性费洛蒙的构造关系,一并讨论之.
