具有核-壳结构的SiO2(Li+)的制备与应用研究

         

摘要

制备了一种SiO2(Li+)颗粒,并探索了该颗粒在聚合物电解质中的应用.实验结果表明:SiO2(Li+)颗粒具有明显的核-壳结构;加入SiO2(Li+)颗粒后的聚合物电解质表面均匀,且SiO2(Li+)颗粒分布均匀;当SiO2(Li+)的质量分数为20%时,聚合物电解质的电导率和锂离子迁移数达到最大,分别为2.45 mS/cm和0.93;组装的LiFePOJ聚合物电解质/Li纽扣电池,在0.2C下循环80次,容量衰减8.20%.该SiO2(Li+)颗粒有望应用于聚合物电解质中以提升其电化学性能.%SiO2 (Li+) particles were synthesized and their application in the polymer electrolyte was studied.Results showed that:1)The SiO2 (Li+) particles had a obvious core-shell structure;2)The morphology of the polymer electrolyte was uniform and the SiO2 (Li+) particles were evenly distributed;3)The highest ionic conductivity and lithium-ion transference number were 2.45 mS/cm and 0.93 respectively,at the SiO2 (Li+) 20% (mass fraction);4)Tests run on LiFePOdpolymer electrolyte/Li button cell yielded excellent result in terms of capacity retention (8.20% after 80 cycles at 0.2C).The SiO2(Li+) particles are potential to be used in the polymer electrolyte to improve its electrochemical properties.
