扇形分级微纳米碳酸钙的可控合成与表征

         

摘要

利用共沉淀反应,以十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)为表面活性剂,合成了扇形分级微纳米碳酸钙.通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)对样品进行分析和表征.结果表明扇形分级微纳米碳酸钙的长度为1~3μm,由粒径约为100 nm的粒子聚集而成.实验考察了碳酸钠溶液pH和反应温度对产物的影响,研究发现碳酸钠溶液pH对碳酸钙形状的调控起着极其重要的作用,低温下更有利于亚稳晶型球霰石的生成.%Hierarchical fan-shaped calcium carbonate with microanostructures (HFCC) were synthesized by facile co-precipitation method in the presence of sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate (SDBS).The samples were characterized by SEM and XRD.The results showed that HFCC with length of 1~3 μm were composed of nanoparticles with size of about 100 rim.The effects of temperature and pH of sodium carbonate solution on products were analyzed.Results showed that pH of sodium carbonate solution played an important role in controlling the morphologies of calcium carbonate.Metastable vaterite crystals can be favorably obtained at low temperature.
