双喷嘴气动喷撒烟幕粒子的撞击成烟特性研究

     

摘要

为改善气动喷撒时烟幕的分散效果,采用自行设计的气动喷撒装置,对铜粉基烟幕粒子的撞击成烟特性进行了实验研究。结果表明,相对于单喷嘴,双喷嘴喷撒时烟幕平均扩散速度降低了39%,烟幕扩张角增大了160%;当喷嘴间角度为150°、120°、90°和60°时,对应的烟幕平均扩散速度分别为0.5m/s、0.8m/s、1.1m/s和1.6m/s,烟幕扩张角为60.2°、57.4°、45.8°和44.3°。随着喷嘴间角度的减小,烟幕平均扩散速度逐渐增大,烟幕扩张角逐渐减小;持续喷撒一定时间,烟幕最大面密度随喷嘴间角度的减小逐渐减小,烟幕遮蔽效能变差。%In order to improve dispersion effect of smokescreen sprayed by nozzle,the characteristics of copper-based smokescreen was experimental studied, by a novel class of self-designed pneumatic actuator. Compared with traditional single-nozzle, the average diffusion velocity of smokescreen (ADVS) was reduced by 39%,as well as the expansion angle of smokescreen (EAS) was increased by 160%, by use of dual-nozzle system. While the angle between nozzles were 150°, 120°, 90° and 60°, the corresponding ADVS were 0.5m/s, 0.8 m/s, 1.1 m/s and 1.6 m/s, and corresponding EAS were 60.2°, 57.4°, 45.8° and 44.3°, respectively. Obviously, the decrease of angle between nozzles led to increase of ADVS and gradual reduce of EAS, the maximum areal density of smokescreen declined as the decreasing of the angle between nozzles within a period of spraying time, and the extinction ability get worse gradually.
