碳纤维对塑料粘结炸药力学性能的影响

摘要

To enhance the mechanical properties of PBXs, the carbon fiber (CF) with high modulus and intensities was added to PBXs. The effects of different content of CF and different kinds of bonding systems were discussed. The results show that the compression strength and tensile strength of PBXs can be improved clearly by the CF adding, and the mechanical properties of PBXs are affected by the interfaces of CF and bonding system.%为了增强PBX炸药的力学性能，将高模量、高强度的碳纤维添加到PBX炸药中。通过研究不同碳纤维含量及粘结剂体系PBX炸药的力学性能，获得了碳纤维对PBX炸药力学性能影响规律。结果表明：添加少量的碳纤维即可大幅度提高PBX炸药抗压和抗拉强度，而且碳纤维与粘结剂体系的接触紧密程度对药柱的力学性能影响大。
