为查找某火工装置延时失效的原因,进行了故障排查及失效机理分析.结果表明延时失效的根本原因为该火工装置结构设计不合理,导致在爆炸冲击波作用下装药密封受损,引起瞬发.对原装置进行了改进设计,并对改进后的火工装置进行了试验验证和可靠性评估,结果表明新装置延时正常,其综合可靠性达到了技术指标要求.%To find out the delay failure reason of a pyrotechnic device, the test and analysis of the failure mechanism was proceeded. The results show that the basic failure reason is the unreasonable structure design, which leads to the damage of charge seal under the action of the explosion wave shock, and causes instant burst. The original pyrotechnic device was improved, and the reliability of the improved device was assessed, the results show that the delay time of new device is normal and its comprehensive reliability meets to the technical requirements.
