一维光子晶体禁带结构的MATLAB分析计算

             

摘要

The forbidden band structure of one-dimensional photonic crystal can be analyzed from the spectrum of transmission coefficients of photonic crystal. While calculating transmission coefficients of photonic crystal, the wave functions can be extended into a number of linear equations which can be described with a matrix equation, according to the continuity condition on two sides of the interface between different mediums. The transmission coefficient spectrum of photonic crystal can be obtained with matrix left division command in MATLAB. It is simple in concept, convenient in operation, practical in universality and without more efforts in programming compared with other methods such iteration and transfer matrix.%一维光子晶体禁带结构可以通过光子晶体的透射系数谱来分析.在计算光子晶体的透射系数时,根据不同介质界面处的连续性条件,将界面两侧的波函数展开为一个以矩阵方程描述的线性方程组,利用MATLAB提供的矩阵左除命令,即可获得光子晶体的透射系数谱.与其他方法例如递推法、转移矩阵法相比,该方法不需要花费较多精力编程,具有概念简单、使用方便、实用性强等特点.
