Objective: To explore the anti - tumor function and survival time of Radix Rehmanniae polysaccha-rides(RPS)on tumor -bearing mice. Method: Observe the RPS on tumor inhibition rate, life prolonging rate, liver and body weight ratio and spleen index of tumor - bearing mice. Result: Compared with the control group and RPS group the differences of tumor inhibition rate, life prolonging rate, liver and body weight ratio and spleen index were significant (P <0.05). Conclusion; The RPS can inhibit S180 and H22 tumor growth effectively and prolong survival time of tumor - bearing mice in the meanwhile protect the mice' s liver, spleen and weight.%目的:探讨熟地黄多糖对H22腹水瘤、S180肉瘤小鼠抑瘤作用及生存时间的影响.方法:观察熟地黄多糖对H22、S180荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤率、生命延长率、肝/体比、脾脏指数等指标的影响.结果:与模型组比较,熟地黄多糖组抑瘤率、生命延长率、肝/体比、脾脏指数明显改善(P<0.05).结论:熟地黄多糖能明显地抑制H22、S180肿瘤生长,延长荷瘤小鼠存活时间,并能保护小鼠的肝脏、脾脏和体质量.
