KDF2 fiber fitter rod forming unit is a fitter equipment of cigarette production in cigarette plant. After ten years of application, KDF2 filter rod forming machine existent some problems in its old control system, such as aging components of electronic control system, long maintenance cycle, low efficiency, high cost. Using the new ST300 PLC of Siemens to improve this control system, and redesign the whole electrical system, re-cable, replace the original components,reduces a lot of intermediate relay and time relay, and re-designs each control system. Application results show that, the control system improved increase the effective operation rate of machine unit, with high degree of automation and easy operation and maintenance.%KDF2纤维滤棒成型机组是烟厂生产卷烟滤棒的设备.经过十几年的应用,KDF2滤棒成型机原控制系统存在着控制技术落后,电控系统元器件老化,检修周期长,效率低,费用高等问题.为此,采用全新的西门子公司S7-300系列PLC对该控制系统进行了改进,对整个电器系统重新设计,重新排线,对原电器件重新更换,减少了大量的中间继电器、时间继电器.且各个控制系统重新设计,使用结果表明,改进后控制系统提高了机组的设备有效作业率,自动化程度高,操作维护方便.
