基于光电传感器RPR-220转速计的设计

         

摘要

There are many advantages for photoelectric velocity measuring system with low noise, low inertia, good stability, high resolution and high precision. Based on the analysis of the photoelectric rotating speed measurement principles and methods, this paper presents the AT89C51 single chip microcomputer as control module, RPR-220 as photoelectric detection module design of a photoelectric speed measuring device, the hardware system includes a pulse signal generator, a pulse signal processing system, display module and power supply module, the software using C language programming. The test results show that the design of the speed measurement error is less than 0.5%.%光电式测速系统具有低噪音、低惯性、稳定性好、高分辨率和高精度等优点.文中在分析光电转速测量基本原理、方法的基础上,采用单片机AT89C51为控制模块,RPR-220为光电检测模块设计了一种光电测速装置,硬件系统包括脉冲信号产生、脉冲信号处理、显示模块及系统电源模块,软件采用C语言编程.经测试表明,设计的转速计测量误差小于0.5%.
