一种正弦光栅的设计与性能分析

         

摘要

在通过相位获取物体三维轮廓的光学三维测量技术中,需要向被测物体表面投射正弦光栅,为提高光栅投影正弦图样的明暗对比度,引入电子工程中的脉冲宽度调制方法设计正弦光栅.首先从理论上分析了高频三角波调制正弦波设计正弦光栅的可行性,描述了三维轮廓测量中光强分布函数,给出生成正弦光栅的具体例子;最后,分析了该光栅的频谱特性.%To obtain three-dimensional profilometry of object by phase in optics three-dimensional techniques, it needs to project sinusoidal grating on the surface of object measured. To improve the contrast intensity of projection sinusoidal pattern, this paper introduces pulse-width modulation method of electric engineering to design sinusoidal grating. Firstly, it analyzes the feasibility of designing sinusoidal grating using high frequency triangular waveforms modulating sinusoidal waveform, describes light intensity distribution function of three-dimensional measurement, gives out instantiation of creating sinusoidal grating. Finally, it presents frequency spectrum performance for the sinusoidal grating.
