基于BAE的科技信息研究方法影响因素分析

The article expatiates exhibition form of base on effect for science and technology information work. Through the analysis of action pattern, building subsystem and repository, it puts forward the localization. Through building the model of BAE, it presents the revelations for reference.%阐述了BAE,即“基于效果”在科技信息工作中新的表现形式,在对其运作模式、创建子系统和知识库等方面的分析后,提出在实际科技信息工作中存在的局限性,通过建立基于BAE的评估模型,提出几点启示,仅供参考.
