This paper presents the energy level,rate equations and power transfer equations of Bi3+ -Bi2+ -Bi+ -Ti3+ co-doped fiber.These equations are solved numerically to analyze the evolution of amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) spectrum.The numerical results show that using two pumps with wavelengths 280,446,800nm,the bandwidth of ASE can reach 800nm,covering from 400nm to 800nm and from 1200nm to 1600nm.The Bi3+ -Bi2+ -Bi+ -Ti3+ co-doped fiber has the widest ASE spectrum reported so far,and has great potential to be applied in optoelectronics devices as fiber optical source.%文中建立了Bi3+ -Bi2+ -Bi+ -Ti3+共掺光纤的数学模型,在模型中针对各个离子的能级列出了速率方程并建立了光在光纤中的功率传输方程.通过对这些方程的求解来分析影响自发辐射放大(ASE)谱功率的因素.数值结果显示,当用280nm、446nm、800nm三种泵浦光激发时,自发辐射放大谱的宽度可达到800nm,覆盖400nm ~ 800nm的传统三基色和1200nm~1600nm的通信波段.由于具有较宽的自发辐射放大谱,Bi3+ -Bi2+ -Bi+ -Ti3+共掺光纤作为光纤光源在光电子器件应用中有广阔前景.
