基于粒子群优化算法的光伏最大功率跟踪

     

摘要

针对光伏发电系统在局部阴影条件下呈现高度非线性、时变不确定性和多个局部功率峰值的特点[1],提出一种粒子群优化和改进的扰动观察法结合的MPPT算法.此算法首先利用粒子群算法来快速寻找最大功率区域,然后改进的扰动观察法精确化最大功率点,克服光伏发电系统最大功率陷于局部最优.建立仿真模型,通过仿真实验验证了这种控制方法能快速找到全局最大功率,具有更加突出的动态响应性能,避免了功率损失,提高光伏发电效率.%According to the characteristics of photovoltaic power generation system is highly nonlinear,under the condition of partial shading time-varying uncertainty,and a number of local power peaking,this paper proposed a disturbance observation method and the improved particle swarm optimization combined with MPPT algorithm Firstly,the particle swarm algorithm is used to search the maximum power region quickly,and then the improved perturbation method is used to improve the maximum power point,which can overcome the local optimum of the maximum power of photovoltaic power generation system.The simulation model is established,and the simulation results verify that the control method can quickly find the global maximum power,and has a more outstanding dynamic response performance,avoiding the power loss and improving the efficiency of photovohaic power generation.
