基于隐式Gabor和KLPP算法的人脸识别

摘要

文中提出了新的人脸识别方法:将Ashraf提出的方法(后文称之为隐式Gabor滤波)与核局部保持投影(KLPP)算法结合,并且在ORL人脸数据集上进行了实验,结果表示提出的方法(隐式Gabor+KLPP)相比较传统的方法(Gabor+KLPP和KLPP)识别率依然保持在很高的水平,同时识别时间大大缩短,也就是说提出的方法能够有效地降低内存复杂度,减小时间消耗.%This paper proposes a novel face recognition method with integrating the Implicit-Gabor and kernellocalitypreservingprojections ( KLPP ) . The computational cost and memory usage can be considerably reduced. The experiments are performed to test the proposed algorithms on the ORL database. The results show that the new algorithms cost less time than the Gabor plus kernel locality preserving projections and achieves essentially the same recognition rate.
