An improved MSCS algorithm based on spectral width analysis is presented.The proposed algorithm is put forward for the problem that it' s challenging to distinguish symmetric adjacent targets in MUSIC symmetric compressed spectrum (MSCS) estimation algorithm.Firstly the target angle of single mirror range is estimated approximately by commom MSCS algorithm.Then by analyzing the spectral width of the mirror image, the symmetrical adjacent target and symmetrical interval target are separated.Simultaneously, the symmetric small range MUSIC algorithm is used to estimate the number and location of the adjacent targets accurately and make a judgement of the authenticity of the distant targets.The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are demonstrated from the simulation results.The proposed algorithm solves the problem that the MSCS algorithm can not differentiate the adjacent targets.Moreover, the computing time of MSCS improved algorithm is reduced.%针对MUSIC对称压缩谱估计算法(MUSIC symmetrical compressed spectrum,MSCS)中对称邻近目标无法快速分辨的问题,提出了基于谱宽分析的MSCS改进算法.该方法利用MSCS算法粗估单侧镜像范围的目标角度,再通过谱宽分析分离出间隔较大目标进行进一步估计,仿真结果表明了所提方法的有效性.该方法解决了MSCS算法无法分辨镜像邻近目标的问题,同时降低了MSCS相关改进算法的计算时间.
