一种自动机器人喷印系统的设计

摘要

随着工业4.0时代以及“中国制造2025”计划的逐渐推进,在人工智能逐渐发展成熟的时代,工业机器人也同样应用到各个领域.解决对钢板的自动喷码贴标的工作,防止人工操作带来的不必要的人力物力的损失.使用SIEMENS S7-300作为核心控制系统,运用PLC进行各逻辑分析和判断,通过HMI人机交互界面进行各参数值的设定以及实际的操作指令.该系统能够解决人工操作带来的不必要的事故,更加精简更加智能化地完成对钢板的喷码贴标任务,进一步推动工业机器人在传统行业的发展.%With the graduate development of industry 4.0 area and the plan "Made in China 2025",industrial robots were applied to various fields.They solve the automatically printing paste mark work for steel coil and prevent the unnecessary loss of resources because of artificial operation.It used the Siemens SIEMENS S7-300 control system,for logical analysis and judgment on PLC,through the HMI man-machine interaction interface to set each parameter values and the actual operating instructions.The system can solve the unnecessary accidents caused by the manual operation,more concise intelligently to complete the task of coil label printing,to further promote the development of industrial robots in the traditional industry.
