This article describes the present situation of library literature resources construction and develop- ment in the military academy during the transition period, analyzes the characteristics of and problems in the library literature resources construction in the military academy, and puts forward some suggestions for solving the problems.%文章介绍了转型时期军队院校图书馆文献信息资源建设与发展的现状，重点分析了军队院校图书馆文献信息资源建设的特点、问题，并提出了解决问题的建议。
