上海市信息服务业发展现状与对策研究

摘要

从上海信息服务业发展的现状出发，指出产业发展的特点及面临的挑战和不足，发现上海信息服务业发展的传统优势已不再明显，存在产业收入增速放缓、创新能力不强、对人才吸引力下降、产业与城市发展结合不紧密等突出问题，进而就改善产业、发展环境、优化产业结构、理顺政府职能、完善人才体系等提出了对策建议。%Starting with the development status of the information service industry in Shanghai, this paper points out the characteristics of the industrial development and the challenges and deficiencies faced by the industry. It＇ s found that the traditional advantages of the development of information service industry in Shanghai are vanis- hing. There exist the problems such as slow increase of industrial income, limited innovation capability, slight at- traction to talents, and loose combination of indusiry with urban development. The paper offers some suggestions for improving the industrial development environment, optimizing the industrial structure, rationalizing the government function and perfecting the talent system.
