情报学反馈理论及模型：认知观和情境观视角

摘要

The paper introduces the theory and model of feedback in cybernetics and social science, and the current feedback ideas in information science. On this basis, the paper points out that information science should possess its own specific theory and model of feedback rather than copy mechanically other discipline＇ s theory and model of feedback. The paper argues that the cognitive viewpoint and the situational viewpoint are the foundation stones for establishing the theory and model of feedback. The paper establishes the theory of feedback for information science based on the cognitive viewpoint and the situational viewpoint, and integrates two of them. Finally, taking the specific field of information analysis for example, the paper analyzes the model of feedback for information sci- ence based on the cognitive viewpoint and the situational viewpoint.%介绍了控制论和社会科学中的反馈理论和模型以及情报学现有的反馈思想，在此基础上，指出情报学应该具有自己特殊的反馈理论及模型，而不是简单地搬用其他学科的反馈理论和模型。文章认为认知观和情境观是建立情报学反馈理论及模型的基石。建立基于认知观和情境观的情报学反馈理论，并对二者进行了统一。以情报分析这一具体领域为例，分析基于认知观和情境观的情报学反馈模型。
