Based on the principles of cloud model and cloud computing, this paper proposes a high-precision knowledge matching method with the help of the historical empirical data. The paper utilizes the natural transformation between the qualitative value of the knowledge concept and the quantitative value of the empirical data to change the knowledge matching process of emergency decision-making into the qualitative rule inference process based on cloud computing. The inference process can produce certain output, the output results are right the knowledge matc- hing value of emergency decision-making. This knowledge matching method of emergency decision-making explores a new effective way in knowledge acquisition process for emergency decision-making.%文章基于云模型和云计算原理提出了一种在历史经验数据基础上进行高精度知识匹配的方法,利用知识概念的定性值与经验数据的定量值之间的自然转换,把应急决策知识的匹配过程变成基于云计算的定性规则推理过程,这个推理过程可以得到一定的输出,输出结果即为应急决策知识匹配值。这种应急决策知识匹配方法为应急辅助决策中知识获取过程探索了一条有效的新途径。
