基于生命周期的知识转移风险影响因素研究

摘要

The externality of knowledge determines that knowledge transfer process will be affected by various factors, thus further increasing the risk of knowledge transfer. Based on the different life cycle stages of knowledge transfer, this article analyzes the%知识的外部性决定知识转移的过程中会受到各种因素影响，进而增加知识转移风险。基于知识转移的不同生命周期阶段，分析知识转移生命周期阶段中的知识转移风险影响因素及其对知识转移风险产生的不同作用，给出基于生命周期的企业知识转移风险影响因素模型。
