企业人际网络中心性指标的扩展及其对竞争对手分析的启示

         

摘要

The centrality indices of enterprise social network in the competitive intelligence field are expanded in accordance with the characteristics of structure,correlation,ductibility and intermediary.The connotation and extension of expanded indices are dialyzed.Examples are used to demonstrate their calculation methods,and how to use these indices to analyze competitors are discussed.A comparative analysis and comprehensive evaluation of the original and expanded centrality indices are made in a typical enterprise human network.The results show that different centrality indices result in greater differences in competitors' ranking,which proves the necessity of index expansion and the importance of discreet selection of indices.%从结构性、相关性、延展性和中介性等特性对竞争情报领域企业人际网络的中心性指标进行扩展,透析扩展指标的内涵及外延,用实例演示其计算方法,并探讨如何运用这些指标进行竞争对手分析。将原中心性指标和扩展中心性指标在一个典型的企业人际网络上进行了对比分析和综合评价,结果表明,中心性指标不同,竞争对手的排名会有较大差异,这证实了指标扩展的必要性和谨慎选用指标的重要性。
