企业专利初级预警模型的构建研究

摘要

目前日益增多的专利纠纷事件对企业的生存和发展构成了严重的威胁，企业急需建立一套完整的预警机制。将企业专利的预警过程分为初级预警和深度预警，并采用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法建立企业专利初级预警的模型。运用模型对福建某企业专利的警度进行评价，确定其是否要进入深度预警。最后对模型进行了总结评价。%At present, the increasing number of patent disputes has posed a serious threat to the survival and development of enterprises, so the enterprises are eager to set up a complete set of early warning mechanisms. This paper divides the early warning process of enterprise patent into primary early warning and depth early warning, and uses the analytic hierarchy method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to build the primary early warning model for enterprise patent. By the use of the model, the paper evaluates the warning degree of a certain enterprise patent in Fujian province so as to determine whether it needs to enter into depth warning. Finally, the model is evaluated.
