企业员工信息素质评价体系研究——以安徽省国有企业为例

摘要

在对企业员工信息素质内涵进行剖析的基础上，利用德尔菲法构建一个企业员工信息素质的评价体系，并以安徽省部分国有企业为研究对象进行实证分析。研究表明，企业员工信息素质目前处于一个中级阶段，正在向高级阶段迈进，信息意识和信息伦理道德是当前企业员工信息素质需要重点关注的两个方面。%Based on the analysis of the connotation of enterprise employee information literacy, this article uses Delphi method to construct an evaluation system of enterprise employee information literacy. The article uses part of state-owned enterprises in Anhui province for example to make an empirical analysis. The study shows that the enterprise employee information literacy is at the intermediate stage at present, and is advancing toward the advanced stage. Information consciousness and information ethics are the two aspects the enterprise employees should focus on in information literacy training.
