Web2.0环境下技术竞争情报搜集工作特征研究

摘要

The paper introduces new features of competitive technology intelligence (CTI) collection in Web2.0, including new in-formation sources and strategies on intelligence collection from these sources. It analyzes several new CTI information sources (such as microbolg, SNS and Wiki)in Web2.0 and their respective features, and puts forward three strategies to collect intelligence in new envi-ronment, including human intelligence network (HIN), RSS syndicator and Tag-based topic retrieval.%介绍Web2.0环境下技术竞争情报（CTI）搜集工作的新特征，包括新的信息源及针对这些信息源所采取的情报搜集策略。分析Web2.0环境下的多种新的CTI信息源（如微博、SNS、Wiki等）及其各自的特点，提出新环境下的3种情报搜集策略，即人际情报网络、RSS聚合和以标签为基础面向主题的搜集策略。
